Refund Policy

For which subscriptions can refunds be applied?
Refunds can be applied to all subscriptions which are available on www.sportsanalyticsinstitute.com.

Is there a time limit after which a refund will not be applied?
Refunds will be applied up until but not after 60 days from the start of the subscription.  The start of the subscription is defined as the date the subscription becomes active on the Sports Analytics Institute website.

How is a request for a refund submitted?
Email webmaster@sportsanalyticsinstitute.com with the subject "Refund Request".  Include in the body of this email the email address that was used to initiate the subscription.

How will refunds be credited?
Once the Refund Request is processed, funds will be refunded to the original credit card in a timely manner.
